Parts may only be returned for an exchange if they are dead on arrival (DOA) or fail during the 90 day warranty period and can only be exchanged for the part ordered.

You must obtain an RMA # before returning any merchandise. Your package will be refused without it. Please use the contact us form to obtain an RMA #.
